Community Impact

At FRESH, we believe in making a positive impact that extends beyond the real estate industry. As part of our commitment to giving back, we proudly dedicate a portion of our event ticket sales to support local nonprofit organizations each year.

Each year, we carefully select a nonprofit organization whose mission not only aligns with our values of growth and community development but also places a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

FRESH is committed to advancing DEI within both the commercial real estate industry and the broader Portland Metro community. We recognize that fostering an inclusive and equitable environment is essential for creating long-term, sustainable growth. That’s why we partner with nonprofit organizations that incorporate DEI initiatives into their mission.

Making a Difference Together

Through this initiative, we strengthen the bonds between the commercial real estate industry and the broader Portland Metro community. Our contributions help make a meaningful difference in areas such as housing, sustainability, education, social services, and DEI-focused initiatives.

We’re passionate about fostering connections, not just among professionals in our field but also with the community that supports and surrounds us. By attending a FRESH PDX event, you’re not only investing in your professional growth but also helping uplift nonprofit organizations that work to create a more inclusive and vibrant community for all.

Join us in supporting these causes and being a part of something bigger—because together, we can make lasting changes both within the industry and beyond.

2025 Local Partner

This year FRESH has partnered with the local, non-profit “Partners in Diversity.” Their mission is “To create economic prosperity in Oregon and southwest Washington by working with employers to attract, retain, and develop professionals of color and diversity influencers.”  A portion of all FRESH’s ticket sales will go towards this critical work.

Partners in Diversity (PiD) works with employers to address critical needs for achieving and empowering a workforce that reflects the rapidly changing demographics of the Pacific Northwest. We accomplish these goals through educational programs, a career center and resources for CEOs, human resources professionals and diversity influencers. PiD also helps recently relocated professionals of color connect with the multicultural community through major networking events such as our signature Say Hey! event, civic engagement opportunities, social media and personal relationships.
